This site is your tool box to put together an employee tobacco cessation program that is right for your company's needs. Go to "Implementation Checklist Tracking Form" (xls form) and "Program Evaluation Form" (word doc) to get organized.

Do you need materials? Print the workbooks found in "Moving Toward A Smoke-Free Life" and "Creating A Smoke-Free Life." Finally, don't forget to have your participants evaluate the program you conducted with the "Program Evaluation Form."

Corporations are on the frontlines creating smoke-free work environments to promote healthy employees. Have you been asked to create a workplace smoking policy but don't know where to begin? Go to "workplace smoking policies" to view some examples other corporations are using.
