Description: This program is offered free for Federal employees,
all active duty members and eligible beneficiaries, family members of
active duty, retirees, and family members of retirees. This program
consists of six 90 minute sessions held every Monday and Thursday for
three weeks from 1130-1300. The sessions focus on the effects of
nicotine addiction and emphasize behavior modification, stress
management and relaxation, nutrition, weight management and group
support. The nicotine patch is available free of charge to active duty,
Prime enrollees and members of Family Practice. This course is offered
once a month.
